Frequently Asked Questions

How does employee eligibility work?

We support three eligibility methods: email domain matching (e.g. all @company.com addresses), CSV upload of employee IDs and emails, or manual one-by-one assignment. Employees register on the VOYO app using their work email and their membership is activated automatically.

Can we assign different tiers to different departments?

Yes. You can set up separate contracts per department, team or seniority level, each mapped to a different VOYO membership tier. Your HR admin portal gives full visibility and control over who gets what.

What billing options are available?

We offer monthly, quarterly and annual billing cycles. Pricing is per active seat, so you only pay for employees who have activated their membership. Invoices are generated automatically and downloadable from your admin portal.

How long does it take to onboard?

Once the contract is signed and configured, employees can start activating immediately. The full onboarding process — from first contact to live benefits — typically takes 3–5 business days.

What happens when an employee leaves?

Your institution admin can revoke an employee's membership in one click from the portal. Revoked members get a 7-day grace period, after which their access is removed and their seat is freed up for re-assignment.

Is there a minimum number of employees?
