Common Questions

How does employee eligibility work?

We support email domain matching (e.g. all @company.com addresses), CSV upload of employee IDs and emails, or manual one-by-one assignment. Employees register on the VOYO app with their work email and benefits activate automatically.

Can different departments get different tiers?

Yes. You can set up separate contracts per department, team or seniority level, each mapped to a different VOYO membership tier.

What billing options are available?

Monthly, quarterly and annual billing. Pricing is per active seat, so you only pay for activated memberships. Invoices are generated automatically.

How long does onboarding take?

From signed contract to live benefits typically takes 2–3 business days. Employees can start activating immediately after setup.

What happens when an employee leaves?

Revoke their membership in one click from the portal. They get a 7-day grace period, then the seat frees up for reassignment.
